Model Range
UniPRINT is available in several model versions to cover different printing applications and production requirements.
UniPRINT – Standard compact model
UniPRINT P – Large model for bigger products and substrates
UniPRINT P 300 – Large model with print height up to 300 mm
Each model comes with a selected set of features and basic adjustable production tooling. This makes it easy to choose the right UniPRINT configuration for your application.
Guided Squeegee System
The lever-guided dual squeegee system makes printing easier and more consistent, with fine pressure adjustment for each blade. Rubber and metal squeegees are available, and the system can be released quickly for stencil changes or added later as an upgrade.
An optional Lift feature provides smooth pneumatic separation of the board from the stencil.
Lift – Table separation system
The optional Lift system provides smooth, slow and perfectly parallel pneumatic separation of the board from the stencil. This controlled snap-off helps improve print consistency and accuracy, especially in applications sensitive to paste properties and separation dynamics.
Tables
UniPRINT offers several table options to suit different PCB types, fixturing needs and printing applications.
- Flat Table – Simple flat table for basic single-sided printing.
- Vacuum Table – Flat table with a grid of vacuum holes to hold the PCB securely during single-sided printing.
- Grooved Table – Vacuum table with grooves and positioning pins for rigid and repeatable PCB fixturing during printing.
- Magnetic Table – Flexible magnetic table with movable edge supports, bottom-side support pins, vacuum posts and registration pins for PCBs with tooling holes.
Frames
UniPRINT supports several stencil frame options for different tensioning and production requirements.
- PBT Screw Tensioning Frame – Simple two-sided tensioning frame with rigid bolt beams for balanced left-to-right stencil tension.
- PBT Spring Tensioning Frame – Enhanced two-sided frame with individually spring-balanced pins for more even tensioning.
- LPKF ZelFlex Tensioning Frames – Compatible with ZelFlex stretching frames, including the pneumatic four-sided ZelFlex Z4P for fast and uniform stencil clamping.
Clamping Options for Stencil Frames
UniPRINT offers several clamping options to accommodate different stencil frame types and sizes.
- Fast slide-in, fixed width – For framed stencils and stencils in stretching frames
- Adjustable screw bars – For framed stencils secured with screws
- Slide-in adapters for screw bars – Flexible adapters for different framed stencil sizes and stretching frames
Range of Squeegees
Choose from rubber or metal squeegees for both stencil and screen printing, available in various widths. The guided system allows quick squeegee replacement, while metal blades feature integrated paste deflectors to keep solder paste within the print area.
Metal Stand
Although UniPRINT is designed as a tabletop machine, the original metal stand is recommended for maximum stability, rigidity and precise leveling. This helps maintain consistent print quality and reliable results. The stand is supplied flat-packed and is easy to assemble.
