Handling with the parts to clean is simple and safe. Soldering pallets or SMT oven filters are reloaded on the puscart while the machine is cleaning another batch.​ This eliminates downtime and provides comfortable time for reload. Operators do not need to lift and carry frames or baskets between reloading place and the machine.

Cleaning Technology

Cleaning quality requires perfect filtration and minimal cross contamination.  Every PBT cleaning machine uses separated closed loop with dedicated pump and filtration system for each individual process step.


Machine washes parts by linear spray system with the water based cleaning agent in a fully closed loop through complete mechanical filtration.

Chemical Stop

Machine performs short initial pre-rinse with the ready Rinse Water, pumps it out, and refills the tank with the external Rinse Water. Optimal setup for cost/quality balance in high volume cleaning.

First Rinse

Machine performs first rinse down to required quality level
using automatic water level and quality control.


Machine dries parts by powerfull high flow hot air drying system.


Thanks to the quick-change clamping and nozzle system, the HyperCLEAN can be easily adapted to clean parts of any size and shape.

Process Control

Cleaning process is sensitive to many variables.

High Performance Cleaning 

Perfect result of PCBA cleaning requires short but powerful spray technology and rapid but thorough drying.

Uniform Spray

Square pattern of fixed  nozzles and high stroke oscillating rack provide highly reproducable cleaning results for every position of the part to clean in the chamber.

High Flow Dryer

Extraordinery powerfull hot air drying system with recuperator and and adjustable deflectors shortens drying time to minimum.

Liquid p-Q Monitoring

The pressure and flow on the spray nozzles are continuously monitored by the control system. Values out of range typically indicates mechanical filter to be exchanged, or nozzles to be reviewed.

Programming and Data Capture

Pefect cleaning result requires detailed programing, quick visual and parametric evaluation of the entire process.​

Intuitive Programming

HMI is PC controlled for easy programming and display of all process parameters. Each process step may have up to five sub steps for more precise setting on challenging cleaning tasks. ​

Illuminated Chamber

Programming, monitoring and optimizing the cleaning process are easy due to big glass door and illuminated chamber.​

Process Parameters Traceability

Traceability file contains all set to real process parameters and messages. Handheld 2D/barcode reader can be used for product assignment to the traceability file and for automatic cleaning program selection.​
