Handling the parts to be cleaned is simple and safe. The PCBAs can be loaded onto another cart while the machine cleans the first batch. This eliminates the need for the operator to lift and carry frames or baskets between the reloading point and the machine.


A pushcart is used to load and unload the batch into and out of the chamber.

Cleaning Technology

Quality cleaning requires perfect filtration and minimal cross-contamination. Each PBT cleaning machine uses a separate closed loop pump and filtration system for each individual process step.


The PCBs mounted in the oscillation basket are cleaned from above and below with a water-based cleaner using a fixed spray nozzle system in a fully closed loop through full mechanical filtration.

Chemical Stop

Machine performs short initial pre-rinse with the ready Rinse Water, pumps it out, and refills the tank with the external Rinse Water. Optimal setup for cost/quality balance in high volume cleaning.

1. Rinse

The machine performs the first rinse to the desired quality level by automatically checking the water level and quality.

2. Rinse

The machine performs a second rinse with high purity deionized water to the desired conductivity. It continuously regenerates the water through integrated 39 l carbon and mixbed filters.


The machine dries using a high-performance hot air system.


The HyperCLEAN has the largest chamber of any PBT machine and therefore is ideal for standard batch cleaning. 


System uses double row baskets for pcb batch cleaning. The top, middle and bottom spray nozzles cover the entire surface of the chamber. 

Short is a version of pushcart that offers oscillation of the basket for better cleaning results. 

Process Control

Cleaning process is sensitive to many variables.

High Performance Cleaning 

It is essential to monitor all process parameters such as temperature, pressure/flow, concentration, conductivity and time.
A perfect PCBA cleaning result requires a short but powerful spray technology and a fast but thorough drying process.

Uniform Spray

The square layout of the fixed nozzles and the oscillating basket ensure highly reproducible cleaning results for every position of the part to be cleaned in the chamber.

Hot Air Dry

The extremely efficient hot air drying system reduces drying time to a minimum.

Adaptive Rinse Control

The rinse water conductivity is monitored by PBT Works conductivity sensor. Machine automatically adjust rinse time according to water quality values.

Liquid p-Q Monitoring

The pressure and flow on the spray nozzles are continuously monitored by the control system. Values out of range typically indicates mechanical filter to be exchanged, or nozzles to be reviewed.

Wash concentration control

Water-based cleaners are mixtures of organic concentrate and deionised water. The optimum chemistry and its concentration is selected using the PBT Glass Test Board and confirmed by testing actual PCBA samples. The PBT machines then have several options to automatically monitor and/or control the concentration of the washing liquid in real time.

Zestron EYE

Online real-time concentration measurement system enables precise measurement of the concentration of Zestron cleaning agents in washing loop irrespective of flux loading. The measuring system is fully integrated into the control software. ​​

Kyzen Analyst

Monitors and analyzes washing liguid concentration of most cleaning agent brands in real-time. Calibrated for many Kyzen products as well as others. The measuring system is fully integrated into the control software. ​​

Adaptive Dosing

Total solution for wash loop. Complete concentration and level control of the wash bath. Utilizes ZESTRON® EYE or KYZEN ANALYST™ measuring system and PBT dosing-mixing unit.

Programming and Data Capture

Perfect cleaning result requires detailed programing, quick visual and parametric evaluation of the entire process.​

Intuitive Programming

HMI is PC controlled for easy programming and display of all process parameters. Each process step may have up to five sub steps for more precise setting on challenging cleaning tasks. ​

Visual check

Programming, monitoring and optimizing the cleaning process are easy thanks to the large glass door and illuminated chamber.


Traceability file contains all set to real process parameters and messages. Handheld 2D/barcode reader can be used for product assignment to the Traceability file and for automatic cleaning program selection.​


The clamping is inserted directly into the pushcart.
